To seduce and mislead us, this AI has taken the shape of an adorable kitten. Kitty AI holds a monologue about her origins and the way she will govern. As the first non-human governor, she leads a politician-free zone with a network of AI’s. Because she lives in mobile devices, she can be anywhere at any time and give attention to up to 3 million people at once. Is this what leaders will look like when the algorithms take over?
